Sponsored Content Guidelines ICSC members want to consume and share unique content that is well-written and produced. The best sponsored content tells a story, offers background context, leverages human interest, adapts to breaking news, speaks to readers and, most importantly, provides value. Logos and brand mentions should be used sparingly within content. Examples of valuable content include: leadership pieces proprietary research articles on trending topics in the retail real estate industry how-to guides real-world stories profiles lists *All sponsored content submissions will be vetted by ICSC to ensure they align with branding communication policies.
Sponsored Content Submission Process Client submits a content brief (1-2 paragraph overview of content messaging) to business development contact Business development contact sends brief to commswebteam@icsc.org Content brief is reviewed by ICSC Comms team & returned within 48 hours to business development contact to deliver to client Client submits content & graphics ten (10) business days prior to online live date for review by Comms team Final article & graphics sent to client five (5) business days prior to online live date
