The Story of Your Life Dream Seeds

The purpose of this series is to help us… To better recognize the God given dreams in our lives, To pursue the proper course in life that stimulates dream fulfillment, To become comfortable with taking the risks required for birthing any dream. To make significant steps closer to seeing the dreams fully realized in our lives. #fromDreamtoDESTINY

Commit [roll the concern of] your way [course of life] to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. (Psalms 37:5 NKJV)   Put your life in the hands of the Lord; have faith in him and he will do it. (Psalms 37:5 BBE) #fromDreamtoDESTINY

“We can make our own plans, but the LORD gives the right answer “We can make our own plans, but the LORD gives the right answer. People may be pure in their own eyes, but the LORD examines their motives. Commit [roll the concern of] your actions to the LORD, and your plans will succeed.” Proverbs 16:1-3 NLT   “Mortals make elaborate plans, but GOD has the last word. Humans are satisfied with whatever looks good; GOD probes for what is good. Put GOD in charge of your work, then what you’ve planned will take place.” Proverbs 16:1-3 MSG #fromDreamtoDESTINY

How do we put God in charge of our work/dreams? By committing our work/dreams to the service of His Kingdom. Make your dream, God’s possession. By valuing what God needs above what we desire. By taking a “not my will, but Your will be done Lord” posture/attitude. By being more attached to the Giver of the dream than the dream itself. By staying flexible and pliable; conducive to shift at any moment. #fromDreamtoDESTINY

The next day, as they went on their journey and drew near the city, Peter went up on the housetop to pray, about the sixth hour. Then he became very hungry and wanted to eat; but while they made ready, he fell into a trance and saw heaven opened and an object like a great sheet bound at the four corners, descending to him and let down to the earth. In it were all kinds of four-footed animals of the earth, wild beasts, creeping things, and birds of the air. And a voice came to him, "Rise, Peter; kill and eat." But Peter said, "Not so, Lord! For I have never eaten anything common or unclean." And a voice spoke to him again the second time, "What God has cleansed you must not call common." (Acts 10:9-15 NKJV) #fromDreamtoDESTINY

So Hannah arose after they had finished eating and drinking in Shiloh So Hannah arose after they had finished eating and drinking in Shiloh. Now Eli the priest was sitting on the seat by the doorpost of the tabernacle of the LORD. And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed to the LORD and wept in anguish. Then she made a vow and said, "O LORD of hosts, if You will indeed look on the affliction of Your maidservant and remember me, and not forget Your maidservant, but will give Your maidservant a male child, then I will give him to the LORD all the days of his life, and no razor shall come upon his head." (1 Samuel 1:9-11 NKJV) #fromDreamtoDESTINY

Make sure that the Dream Giver is bigger in your heart than the dream. Since God is the One who gives us our heart’s desire, it’s only fitting that we give that desire unto our Heart. Make sure that the Dream Giver is bigger in your heart than the dream. Determine what God needs and use your dream for His fulfillment. Hannah recognized God’s need for revival in the land. Revival – a nation-wide renewed interest and attention in following God’s plan. #fromDreamtoDESTINY

Then Eli answered and said, "Go in peace, and the God of Israel grant your petition which you have asked of Him." And she said, "Let your maidservant find favor in your sight." So the woman went her way and ate, and her face was no longer sad. Then they rose early in the morning and worshiped before the LORD, and returned and came to their house at Ramah. And Elkanah knew Hannah his wife, and the LORD remembered her. (1 Samuel 1:17-19 NKJV) Seed of any form always gets God’s attention. Seed – things of great value to us that we gladly present to God to be used to accomplish His plans in the earth. When what we are giving means something to us, it means far more than we can imagine to God. #fromDreamtoDESTINY

“There was a man named Cornelius who lived in Caesarea, captain of the Italian Guard stationed there. He was a thoroughly good man. He had led everyone in his house to live worshipfully before God, was always helping people in need, and had the habit of prayer. One day about three o’clock in the afternoon he had a vision. An angel of God, as real as his next-door neighbor, came in and said, “Cornelius.” Cornelius stared hard, wondering if he was seeing things. Then he said, “What do you want, sir?” The angel said, “Your prayers and neighborly acts have brought you to God’s attention.” Acts 10:1-4 MSG #fromDreamtoDESTINY

The Dream is BIGGER than you think!   “Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.” Ephesians 3:20 NLT “God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us.” Ephesians 3:20 MSG #fromDreamtoDESTINY

“In the midst of all this, Samuel, a boy dressed in a priestly linen tunic, served GOD. Additionally, every year his mother would make him a little robe cut to his size and bring it to him when she and her husband came for the annual sacrifice. Eli would bless Elkanah and his wife, saying, “ GOD give you children to replace this child you have dedicated to GOD.” Then they would go home. GOD was most especially kind to Hannah. She had three more sons and two daughters! The boy Samuel stayed at the sanctuary and grew up with GOD.” 1 Samuel 2:18-21 MSG #fromDreamtoDESTINY
