A Personality Assessment created by TRUE COLORS In this activity you will identify your needs, wants, desires, preferences, values, and beliefs. We will use this to help you better understand yourself and improve your work and personal relationships! A Personality Assessment created by

4 Most 3 2 1 Least Visualize Yourself - Look at the four Character Cards in front of you. Review each of the illustrations without reading the words on the back, and order them from left to right with the one MOST like you on the left to the one LEAST like you to the right.

Read About Yourself - Now, take just a few minutes to turn the cards over and read the back of each card. If you feel after reading them that you need to change your order, do so now.

True Colors Assessment At the top of your assessment page, rank them on your worksheet using 4 for the one MOST like you, 3 second, 2 third, and 1 for the card LEAST like you.
