INTRODUCTION The technology in education helps the young generation with special educational needs and can improve the academic performance, their quality of life, acquisition of knowledge, social inclusion, and skills. Students around the world mainly in rural areas lack quality education and are unaware of the technologies used at present. They need advanced skills to succeed in the globalized, knowledge based world of today. It is necessary to design lessons and learning activities to build students’ 21st century skills. My aim of the project is to empower them by giving digital literacy of various tools/ products and technologies used now a days. This work covers an overview of the important Microsoft technologies, products and features to rise-up the future of youth. Students around the world need advanced skills to succeed in the globalized, knowledge based world of today. 21st Century Learning Design, or 21CLD, professional development helps teachers design lessons and learning activities to build students’ 21st century skills.

Learning Objectives Understanding the basic features of WINDOWS – xp, vista, 8, 8.1 and 10 and Microsoft Edu Tools. Understanding the basic features of Office 365 for Education, Office Mix and OneNote Understanding the basic features of Microsoft educator network, Windows apps, Sway, Skype and Game centered learning (Kodu and Minecraft).

Click on a folder or sub-folder to access that area instantly. Accessing Information Access Microsoft OneNote 2010 in any location with Internet access or a Windows 7-enabled mobile phone device. The Microsoft OneNote Web App, a free downloadable app from Microsoft (see "Resources") allows users to store notes on the Internet and view and edit notes in any location with Internet access. Microsoft also offers a OneNote Mobile download, which allows any user with a mobile device using Windows 7 (other versions of Windows are not supported for OneNote Mobile) to work on OneNote from any location with Web access.

With the help of various microsoft tools/ products and technologies can ensure to make them happen to build 21st century skills. Technology is viewed as an important enabler for improving student learning outcomes. Best practices are necessary to get the greatest value.
