A conductor is any material in which heat or electrons can move/flow through easily. Examples of good conductors are: copper, aluminum, gold, and silver. An insulator is any material that does not allow the flow of heat or electrons to move/flow through it easily. Examples of good insulators are: glass, air, plastic, rubber, and wood
