Acrostic Poems and Reflections

Jennifer D etermined to finish a task R eady to see results I nterested in being busy V alues success E njoys working fast R eady to be productive

Reflection Its important to acknowledge the different work-styles of different people. We are all different and we need to adapt ourselves to others work styles. In order to work successfully with others we have to learn others positive and negative traits to better understand them and be able to adapt to them and combine the positive traits of the worker and yourself. In order to work better with others personally, I have to listen and be able to include other peoples ideas.

Esmeralda A ble to work with others M anages to get work done I am dependable A lways on time B orn to maintain relationships L ikes to be personal E njoys to be organized

Reflection I learned that we are all different people with different personalities and traits. In order to get along with my boss and co- workers I need to learn to adapt to how they are and how they best learn/work. It can be difficult to adapt but it helps you communicate better with people. Since I am amiable, I need to learn to keep communication more in line with work and not too personal and I need to stick with goals and objectives.

Alondra D riven to do better for myself R egardless the situation because I am an I ndependent person and I love the idea of getting work done V ersus the idea of slacking off, I can also be E mpathetic because if you R ecall I am also an amiable

Reflection I learned that in order to survive in a work place you have to adapt to the work place. Regardless the situation you have to know how each person is so that you can get along and accomplish things. Not only does it benefit you bit itll benefit your boss which will help you keep the job and get recommended. Its good to work on your defects so it wont affect you in life. You dont need to change for a job but you need to adapt.

Richard A serious person N ot critical A n independent person L oses patience Y ou can depend on me T ake orders I can be picky C an be cautious A t times stubborn L ists ideas

Reflection One main thing I learned is the person I can be and the person I will face in the future. But I have gotten tips on how to pass that and communicate with a person. Ive learned on how to adapt to a persons work style which lets us communicate better. I also learned that not any person can overcome this but if you can, your communication can become the best.
