Lesson Plan 1. Ask the kids to think about a time when they needed a friend's help. Tell them to close their eyes and hold hands. 2. Play the song in class and sing together. 3. Ask the pupils how they felt while holding hands. 4. Give the pupils a work page with missing words and ask them to complete the words while listening to the song. 5. Give each group cut out lines from the song and ask them to work together in order to organize the song correctly. 6. Tell the pupils to write about their best friend. Instruct them to use the questions to guide them. 7. Advanced pupils can write more questions/ write about more than one friend/ write what they do together/ how they met/ etc. 8. Tell the pupils to draw a picture of them working together with their friends. 9. Ask the pupils to read their paragraph and present their picture to the class.
