Lifelong sports to gain the maximum benefit from the use of your leisure time through an active recreation pursuit it is best if you are able to involve yourslef in an activity that can be carried on throughout life many sports organinsations encourage this by making arrangements for different age groups swimiming is a goos example – sessions/competitions are aimed at specific groups to maximise particpation Although people wont be fully active in all recreation time it is hoped that knowing the health benefits associated with remaining active will be a major fetaure for continuing
