What is a Healthy Balance lifestyle? Healthy Balance lifestyle. When you achieve an equilibrium between health, work, active and non active aspect of life. (OCR) Think of and example when someone that does not have a balance.

Which one of these does not have a lifestyle balance. Works eight hours a day plays sport at weekends. Does not work but plays play station all day. Olympic athlete who trains 8hrs a day and competes at the weekend for 11 months of the year.

Sedentary lifestyle Seven out of ten adults are sufficiently inactive to be classed as ‘sedentary’. That means they are doing exercise for less than 30 min a week!
