Continuing Education: NURSING SPECIFICS Evaluation form must be completed to receive a certificate of completion “Criteria for Successful Completion for Nursing Continuing Education Contact hours: Signing in AND attendance at the entire event with submission of a completed evaluation form.” Disclosure Statement Beaumont Health and the Region 2 North Healthcare Coalition are jointly providing this activity. EMS NURSING PHARMACY EMS CE Approved 05/21/18 5.5 for full day attendance and one breakout. Preparatory: 2.0 Operations (Emer Prep): 3.5 Trauma: 1.0 IC Instruct. Tech.: 1.0 An individuals total will depend upon what sessions they attend. Beaumont Health is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. (OBN-001-91) (OH-378,10/1/2019). 5.75 Contact Hours Awarded Beaumont Health System is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. These activities are structured to meet knowledge based educational needs. A valid NABP e-profile number and DOB must be submitted during the activity. The CPE Monitor website may be checked within 30 days from the date of the activity to determine if credit was awarded. Pharmacists have the opportunity to earn up to 5.5 hours of continuing education credit. For “Stop-the-Bleed” Train the Trainer session: 1 credit each Trauma and IC Instructional Techniques Criteria for successful completion includes attendance at entire event and submission of a completed evaluation form. Criteria for successful completion includes completion of self-assessment questions for each session. The LecturePanda links/QR code will be issued during sign-in and pharmacists will be issued the validation code for each session. Please note that pharmacists have the opportunity to earn credit for only one of the breakout sessions.
