Curriculum Introduction to biomedicine, biomedical engineering, and various medical fields Emphasis on inquiry and project-based learning Investigations of biological concepts, including human body systems and other living things Exploration of scientific and medical research. Broad overview of professions in medicine and healthcare. Authentic learning and real world experience through guest speakers and field trips
Application & Lottery Process Application Mailed out to families around March 24th Expectations Student Information, Letter of Interest, Teacher Recommendation Completion Return completed application by April 4th Lottery Students will be notified by phone and mail. We encourage all students who have a strong interest in science, math and biomedical themes to apply to the academy.
Facility Final plans are completed Construction to begin in May
