Violence Prevention & Reducing Re-offending initiative The Hope Project Violence Prevention & Reducing Re-offending initiative Project started in September 2015 How does it work? Range of referral pathways to the project Working with individuals to prevent re-offending and to support more positive life choices/destinations 15 referrals to date 7 aged 16-19 8 aged 20-30 4 are in employment/training Only 2 have re-offended since being referred
