Ways to Apply www.commonapp.org One application that about 600 colleges accept (ex. Rowan and TCNJ are common app exclusive) Fill out once and submit to as many colleges as you wish Apply directly to the institution Application is on the college’s website- create a student portal, save as you go along, SUBMIT (ex. Rutgers, Penn State) ** Some colleges accept either the Common App OR the app on their website: this is your choice and no need to do both **
Processing the Application THE STUDENT: Complete and submit the colleges application either through commonapp.org or the college’s website Submit essay, if applicable, and payment with your application Send SAT directly to colleges through collegeboard.org and/or ACT scores through actstudent.org If using Common App, match your Naviance account with your Common App account Request transcripts and letters of recommendation on Naviance Monitor the submission status of your materials Wait for acceptances!

Applying to Rowan College at Gloucester County Students attend one of the Priority Admissions Program information sessions on: Monday, November 14 or Friday, November 18 – held at Clearview Students will take the Accuplacer test SAT score (3-1-16 or later) of 530 Math and 480 EBRW = exemption REGISTER!!! NJ STARS program/Dual Enrollment agreements

College Visits Fall of Senior Year is a perfect time to visit or even re-visit Multiple Open House and Information Session opportunities Consider e-mailing the admissions representative assigned to our region (can look up online) Three excused college visit days – use them!
College Admissions Visits to CRHS The following colleges have admissions representatives conducting information sessions at CRHS. University of Delaware, Rowan University Stockton University, TCNJ George Mason University, Virginia Tech Drexel University, Camden Co. College
Instant Decision Days (IDDs) Admissions counselors conduct a brief interview and offer admission to the college on the spot Students must complete the entire application process prior to the interview, including: Complete application, send SAT/ACT scores, request transcripts, etc. Sign up for the IDD on Naviance! Schools participating this year are: Rider U., Widener U, and York College of PA.
