What do we do? The Service Equality Team Is responsible for developing and co-ordinating the Trust’s Equality and Diversity strategies Advising and supporting the clinical divisions and corporate services on the service delivery aspects of Equality and Diversity Are responsible for supporting the Trust in implementing the Action for Equality -The Trust Equality & Diversity Framework
What We Do? Lead on the implementation of the Trust’s Equality Schemes, including: Race Equality Scheme Disability Scheme Gender Equality Scheme Support each Clinical Division to meet their responsibilities as set out within these Schemes
What We Do? Provide advice guidance and support to all clinical divisions in the area of Equality & Diversity Co-ordinate the Trust’s Equality Strategies Provide Strategic support to the Human Resources Directorate Manage the Trust’s Equality & Diversity Planning Process, including: Support in the production of Equality & Diversity Action Plans
