Runner’s Knee Rest, anti-inflammatories, ice, cross training Stretch quads/ITB/HS Strengthen hips (core), quads Run on soft surfaces Sometimes surgery

Achilles Tendinitis

Achilles Tendinitis Training error - rapid increase in mileage Hill Running Improper footwear Tight/weak calf muscles Flat feet
