MJ Lab Certification Certified labs – test for 13 primary actives CDA has found over the last few years CDA lab MDL/LOQ lower than certified labs Certified labs vs. CDA lab conflicts Different results – who will MED go with? CDA violations vs. public health protection?

MJ Lab Certification Certified labs vs. CDA lab conflicts (cont) CL results - will CDA be notified? Action levels??? 2nd sampling - CDA or now CL? If MJ industry doesn’t agree with CDA lab results, will the MED allow a third party lab to challenge CDA lab results to overthrow decision to hold or destroy?

Complaints Investigated Pesticide Misuse Investigations Filed FY 15 15 MJ FY 16 102 MJ 1 Hemp 56 CA FY 17 27 MJ 52 CA FY 18 21 MJ 39 CA MJ complaints resolved FY 16 69 MJ 11 CA FY 17 56 MJ 1 Hemp 24 CA FY 18 4 MJ 33 CA 59.6% resolved resulted in an Enforcement Action.
