Equations < > ≤ ≥ Inequations Inequations, (except for x and ÷ by negative numbers), is similar to equations. Symbols < > means less than means greater than ≤ ≥ means less than or equal to means greater than or equal to

These can all be graphed on the number line. Equations Inequations Rule Do the same (opposite) operations to both sides of the inequation.
