A Story of a volunteer. Why is it worth to be a volunteer A Story of a volunteer. Why is it worth to be a volunteer? Feeling of personal value and not afraid to make a mistake. Public humility. Curiosity should overcome the fear of making a mistake. 1. COURAGE

6

Passion connected with curiosity = light the spark of curiosity and time in classroom flies. 1 hour goes by like 5 minutes. With no passion and no curiosity 5 minutes feels like an hour! People with no passion have to endure at their job rather then to enjoy in their job. 2. PASSION

3. EQ/EI 1995 Daniel Goleman, 1859 Charles Darwin, Sometimes You Win, Sometimes You Learn! Teachers as mentors, leaders, engage into thinking and into learning! It’s all about flexibility and adaptability = my example with 3000 consultants on how to become excellent in public speaking and teaching = 9 criteria; from 3,02 to 4,70 in just 4 years! Thanks to each end every one of them. Revolutionary idea = 1 day in year the students shape the curriculum of the day – get them excited and included…even if it’s only for a day!

The Winning Formula (IQ + EQ + CS) x P2DC 10
