The male reproductive system There consists of 3 parts – testis, penis and sperm duct. Testis (Testes) - A man has two testes. - Produces the male sex cells (sperms). Penis - Organ which deposits sperms into the vagina of the female.

- A long tube along which the sperm travel from the testes to the Sperm duct - A long tube along which the sperm travel from the testes to the penis.

The female reproductive system There consists of 4 parts – ovary, oviduct, uterus and vagina. Ovary - A woman has two ovaries. - Produces the eggs or ova (ovum). Oviduct - A tube which carries ova released from the ovary to the uterus.

Uterus - A pear-shaped structure where the embryo grows and develop. Vagina - Place where the sperms are deposited. - The passage through which the foetus passes out during birth.
