Today’s Plan 1 What is a RCF 2 Our Process 3 Example Interaction 4 Q & A Discuss what a Reverse Career Fair is to our program. How we got to the day of the Reverse Career Fair. Handout Emails Follow Ups Mock example of what the student and employer RCF interaction looks like. What questions do you have?

What is a Reverse Career Fair

Reversing Roles While a traditional career fair encourages employers to set up booths and share the needs of their business and industry to students attending the event, the Reverse Career Fair reverses these roles, with students taking ownership.

Showcase the Student This new concept requires the student to market their education, certifications, course projects, strengths, and career aspirations to the employers.

Connections The goal of this event is to connect employers with students who will soon be in the job market, while providing students with the opportunity to develop their presentation, networking, and job search skills.
