What is the VSC? How do I navigate the VSC? Review the Universal Menu/Header Click on the topic that you are looking for Step 1: Review the Universal Menu/Header Step 2: Click on the topic that you are looking for

Step 3: Click on the link you are looking for. OR Select the Sub-Section Heading to be taken to a Subsection Summary page, which will provide a summary of each link listed.

Step 4: Review the summary of each link and select the one you are looking for.

How to I find the Site Map? The “Site Map” link is found at the very bottom of the VSC home page.

Site Map Lists all of Links on the VSC Use “CTRL+F” to locate key words The “Site Map” contains a list of all of the Sections, Subheadings, and associated links contained within the VSC website. The “CTRL+F” or “find” function in your browser can be used to locate keywords that you are looking for. Google can also be used to locate certain pages within the VSC that you are looking for, if you do not prefer the “browsing” the Section Summary Pages.

Links for Potential Contractors If you would like to learn more about getting a MAS contract, review the “I Want a Contract” and the “Vendor Toolbox” sections. It may be beneficial for you to review the “Pathways to Success” Training under, Education>General Audience. The “Day 1 with my new GSA Contract”, under “Administration>Contract Management, will also give you an overview of the administrative duties to expect with your MAS contract.

What Information is on the VSC? Now lets explore the Sections listed in the header or “Universal Menu” of the VSC Website.

The “All Things Green” Section contains information about programs/regulations regarding the government’s preference for environmentally friendly products/services and how it applies to you as a GSA Multiple Award Contractor. Each of the green circles under the “What you know need to know” subsection contains unique information, so make sure that you review all 6 of the circles. The “Green Contract Knowledge” subsection explains how you can identify products with environmentally friendly attributes in GSA Advantage. The “Greening the Supply Chain” subsection discusses the green issues as they pertain to both product and service GSA contractors.

The “Getting on Advantage The “Getting on Advantage!” block in the bottom left-hand corner will take you directly to all information that you will need in order to submit or maintain your files on GSA Advantage!.

Where can I find assistance? Roles of GSA Personnel Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO) Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA) Vendor Support Center Helpdesk Up-to-date Contact Information If you cannot find the information that you are looking for on the VSC or have a unique question, the “Help” block located just under the “Updates & Information” block on the right-hand side of the homepage will help you determine who to contact. By clicking the “Get Help Now” button you will be taken you a page that lists the different GSA Personnel associated your GSA contract, what each GSA staff member is responsible for, and how to obtain their most up-to-date contact information.

If you need help with the common technical issues such as the SIP program or resetting passwords for various GSA systems (excluding Mass Modifications), please contact the Vendor Support Center Help Desk. To locate the point of contact information for your Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) or Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA) , please click on the link or go to directly to https://vsc.gsa.gov/tools/aco_ioa.cfm. To locate the point of contact information for your Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO), first click on the link to GSA eLibrary.

Company ABC Next, enter your company name or GSA contract number and click “Search”. Then, find your company in the search results and click on your company name.
