How to Award/Deny in Nor1 Extranet? Guest Oriented View = Non OXI Properties

Click on “Guest Oriented View” Upsell Manager – Guest Oriented View Click on “Guest Oriented View”

Search Button for Reservation Upsell Manager - Guest Oriented View How to select date ranges? A list of all guest requests in the next three arrival dates is presented with highest pending revenue guests on top. By clicking on “Change Date”; one can select different date periods. How to find a specific reservation? You can also use the search tool located at the top of the page to easily find a specific room type that guests booked or requested, a confirmation number, or a guest’s name. Note: The system will only search reservations in the date period selected. Select Date Range Search Button for Reservation

Simply click and highlight row of the reservation Upsell Manager – Guest Oriented View How to find details on each upgrade request? To take a look at what requests each person made, simply click on their row (once clicked it will highlight into blue) and more information on reservation details will appear – including an area for you to award/deny the guest. Simply click and highlight row of the reservation

Upsell Manager - Guest Oriented View How to AWARD and DENY requests? To award; Click on the check box next to each upgrade (yellow highlighted below). To deny all upgrades within one reservation; Click on ‘Deny all Requests”. To deny one upgrade within one reservation; Simply leave the check box un-clicked and it will turn into denied automatically. Note: You do have to award at least one upgrade within the same reservation for the rest to be denied automatically. If you do not action at least one upgrade, the upgrades will turn into expired ( $20 red highlighted below). Simply click on the check box to award upgrade Simply click on the check box to deny all upgrades

Simply click on the check box to cancel, no show or deny upgrade Upsell Manager - Guest Oriented View How to mark CANCEL or NO SHOW reservations? To cancel or turn to no show; Click on the arrow facing down button under the ‘Deny all Requests” and options to cancel/no show will appear. Click on the one you need and the status will change. To avoid expired: Action each reservation that is listed for each day! Simply click on the check box to cancel, no show or deny upgrade

Upsell Manager - Guest Oriented View How to view Offer Page, add comments, and change stay date? Click on the “View Offer Page” button to view what the guest has seen. Click on the “Change Stay Date” button to change arrival/departure dates of guests. Click on the “ Add your Comments” button to add internal comments on upgrade decisions. Simply click on the check boxes to view offer page, change stay date or add comments.
