Universiade Athletes By Hyerin

Introduction There are lots of athletes in all of the countries. Unfortunately, young children can’t participate in Olympics, however they can participate in Universiade games. Lots of people visit other countries to participate in Universiade. Athletes should prepare well for their race similar to Olympics. It is a good time to get athletes to be fit, because they need to keep caring about their body and health. There are some rules that athletes need to follow for their health. For example, if they are overweight they can’t be on a race, judo or wrestling match. Also, if they are old like about 39, they need to retire. Athletes have the hardest job. When they loose their game, they feel upset. But if they practice well, they will get good results.

Participate for Olympics Athletes always need to prepare well for their games. They can't eat a lot, fast food is the worst for athletes. They are only allowed to eat vegetables. Also, they need lots of training from their coach. Judo, wrestling, gymnastics, skating athletes need to practice a lot. Short time is not enough to be well, so they need to keep practicing all the time. They need to memorize their parts, or they will get in trouble, especially in skating or gymnastics. Gymnastic also can be dangerous, so you need to practice well. All of the athletes have got in trouble, but they are trying hard to get good results.

Athletes hurts When athletes hurt themselves during the game, they stop the games for a few minutes and call the police. Car race takes most of accidents, so they need to be careful. Also, audience can get hurt too because of the fire or other situations. Athletes can't participate to the games for a long time if they get hurt. When athletes get hurt before the game, they need to recover as fast as they can. If not, they cannot participate, or play games with pain.

Weather problem If there is a weather problem, like rain or snow, they just ignore it and continue to play games. But, if there is thunder or lightning, they cancel the game and play it later. There is a special place where athletes can hide from danger. But mostly, they just ignore and play still, like speed skating or skiing. For example, there was speed skating in Almaty, the weather was really freezing and cold and snowy. But they continued to play the game.

Conclusion Athletes need lots of power, and they can't be weak, especially in the event called lifting. Athletes can get lots of pain from the game, even they can even die in an accident. Athletes are really determined. When I went to see speed skating, I saw lots of people to run for Universiade. Everyone was cheering to the athletes to give them power. Even when they hurt themselves, they didn't give up and still tried. They are the most powerful and determined people in the world.
