Application Process Become a member of Enterprise CarShare by filling out a simple online application Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your application Enterprise CarShare will review the application and send an approval email with your Member ID (log in) in 1-2 business days Your membership materials, including your member card, will arrive in the mail in 5-7 business days

The Reservation Process Download the Enterprise CarShare app to reserve on-the-go! Log in on the app, or go to EnterpriseCarShare.com and log in with your member ID and password

The Reservation Process

Car Sharing is Easy: Just Unlock & Go! At the reserved time, use your member card to unlock the vehicle by holding it over the windshield sensor Light turns green and the doors will unlock Keys are in the glove box, simply remove them from electronic key holder Start the vehicle and use the keys as normal to lock and unlock during your reservation

Returning the Vehicle Return the vehicle to the original parking space Place the fob in the key holder in the glove box. Make sure the fob snaps back into place Remove all personal items and trash, roll up the windows and return seats to passenger position Exit the vehicle, do not lock the doors. Hold member card over the card reader until the doors lock
