IS THE BATTERY CONNECTED ? YES NO

ARE THE BATTERY CABLES CONNECTED TO THE RELAYS CARD ? YES NO

IS THE CHARGER DISCONNECTED ? ARE THE CHARGER RELAY CONTACTS CLOSED ? Set the tester in mode Ohm and insert the pins to the two red cable on the green connector It signs “0”? YES NO

ARE THE RELAYS CARD AND CONTROL CARD CONNECTED TOGETHER ? YES NO

REPLACE THE CONTROL CARD END

IS THE LED ON THE BRUSH SWITCH ON ? DOES THE BATTERY DISPLAY SHOW “4” ? YES NO

IS THE BATTERY FULL ? Set the tester in mode Volt and insert the pins on the battery poles It signs more than “12” YES NO

ARE THE MOTOR CABLES CONNECTED ? YES NO

HAVE 12V TO THE BRUSH MOTOR WITH THE SWITCH PRESSED ? Set the tester in mode Volt and insert the pins on the red and black brush motor cables and press the brush switch YES NO

TO CONNECT THE BATTERY CABLE TO CHECK IF THE BATTERY CABLES ARE CONNECTED TO THE RELAY CARD TO CHECK IF THE FLAT CABLE IS CONNECTED TO THE BOTH CARD HAVE YOU SOLVED THE PROBLEM ? YES NO

REPLACE THE CONTROL CARD END

TO CHECK AND REPLACE IF NECESSARY THE CARBON BRUSHES Unscrew and remove the metal clamp. Check and replace the 4 carbon brushes HAVE YOU SOLVED THE PROBLEM ? YES NO

TO EXCLUDE THE BATTERY CHARGE LEVEL CONTROL Set the jumper to the pins indicated with n “ECB” HAVE YOU SOLVED THE PROBLEM ? YES NO

REPLACE THE CONTROL CARD END

REPLACE THE RELAYS CARD END

DOES THE SUCTION MOTOR START ? IS THE LED OF SUCTION MOTOR ON ? YES NO

ARE THE SUCTION MOTOR CABLES CONNECTED TO THE RELAYS CARD ? YES NO

HAVE 12V TO THE SUCTION MOTOR CABLES? Set the tester in mode Volt and insert the pins to the suction motor cables connected to the relays card. Press the brush and suction switch YES NO

TO CHECK AND REPLACE IF NECESSARY THE CARBON BRUSHES END

TO CHECK THE FLAT CABLE CONNECTION HAVE YOU SOLVED THE PROBLEM ? YES NO

REPLACE THE RELAYS CARD END

DOES THE CHARGER COMPLETE THE CHARGE ? AT THE END OF CHARGE IS THE GREEN LED ON ? YES NO

TO CHECK THE BATTERY CHARGE LEVEL HAS THE BATTERY THE FOLLOWING BEHAVIOUR ? Set the tester to Vdc mode. Put the red pin of the tester on the positive pole of the battery and the black pin on the negative pole of the battery to check the value indicated on the battery control card: Value at machine off after charge: Vb = 13,3 Value in working condition Vb = 12,6 THE VALUES CAN BE MORE OR LESS OF 0,2V YES NO

TO CHECK THE FUNCTION OF THE BATTERY CONTROL CARD Test of battery control card Set the tester to Vdc mode. Put the red pin of the tester on the positive pole of the battery and the black pin on the negative pole of the battery to verify the values indicated by battery control card: Value 4: Vb > 11,6 Value 3: 11,4 < Vb < 11,6 Value 2: 11,1 < Vb < 11,4 Value 1: 10,9 < Vb < 11,1 Value 0: Vb < 10,9 Any values can be more and less 0,1 volt different. The measure of the battery voltage have to be made with the machine at work. To have the right measure leave the machine works for about 10-15 seconds before to read the value. YES NO

TO CHECK THE CURRENT ABSORPTION OF THE MACHINE MOT. BRUSH = 21-24A MOT. SUCTION = 17-19A Set the ammeter clamp on the red battery cable in mode DC. Press the brush and suction switch and make the measure in standard working condition HAVE YOU THE FOLLOWING VALUES ? YES NO

REPLACE THE CONTROL CARD END

TO CHECK THE CAUSES OF AN ABNORMAL CURRENT CONSUME Ex. Carbon brushes – Bearings – External parts

IS THE RED LED BLINKING? YES NO

TO CHECK THE ALARMS IN THE CHARGER USER MANUAL

DOES THE CHARGE SUPPLY CURRENT ? Connect the charger to the main 220V plug and check with the ammeter clamp if there is about 6A. Otherwise use the tester in Vdc mode to check if the battery voltage grows slowly YES NO

REPLACE THE CHARGER Remove the carter. Uncrew the 4 screw and replace the charger END

REPLACE THE BATTERY END

IS THERE WATER INSIDE THE SOLUTION TANK ? YES NO

IS THE WATER COCK OPEN ? YES NO

IS THE WATER LED SWITCH ON ? YES NO

HAVE 12V ON THE SOLENOIDE VALVE ? Set the tester in mode Volt. Insert the pin on the blue and brown cables on the green connector Press the brush and water switch YES NO

REPLACE THE SOLENOIDE VALVE END

REPLACE THE CONTROL CARD END

REPLACE THE RELAYS CARD END

IS THE WATER OPEN ? CHEMICAL PRODUCTS ? BRUSH FITTED ? MACHINE FITTED TO THE KIND OF DIRT ?

IS THE SUCTION MOTOR ON ? IS THE SOLUTION TANK CAP CLOSED? IS THE SQUEEGEE DOWN ? IS THE SQUEEGEE TUBE FIXED ? IS THE SQUEEGEE RUBBER GOOD ?
