Activity 2.1. University centers and HR offices reinforced We made and adopted the necessary documents to reduce the gap between the principles of the Charter and Code, and the current situation in the field of human resources at the university. Five research centers are established. for Biomedical sciences for transportation, for humanistic and social sciences, for engineering and for food technology. Activity 2.2 Administrative staff competences improved Active participation of representatives of UES in discussions. Getting knowledge about: research strategy of University of Polytechnic Torino, implementation of the UK Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers. Activity 2.6. Promotion procedures improved For this purpose, questionnaire on academic promotion was filled and sent to project coordinator. The following topics have been addressed: list academic and/ or scientific titles awarded/promoted, basement of academic promotion, Number of pages for the created questionnaire: 4 Number of people engaged: 4
Activity 2.7. Plagiarism monitoring tools implemented Software is purchased In the preparation phase of the implementation Testing has been done successfully We are preparing by-laws, according to the sample from Nis University
Activity 2.8. Ethical committee procedures improved A report about functionality of ethics committee is made. Following chapters were done: abstract, introduction, national legal framework in the partner country, bodies responsible for ethics, institution’s legal framework and remarks/ suggestions for improvement. Activity 2.9. Cooperation with scientific diaspora established All faculties and academies were contacted related to functioning of alumni networks. All information about existence of these networks were sent to the project coordinator for the wider dissemination. Number of people involved: 6
Activity 3.2. Webpages offer opportunity links All researchers are registered in the university information system. For now, there is activity related to enter all research results in this system. Other visibilities will be done during getting HR research in excellence code (job vacancies, placement of all researchers on the university web page). Number of researchers registered in the electronic system: 882 Email databases of researchers, registered researchers in informational system.
