Lessons Learned Students enjoy using social media in college classrooms. Professors can benefit from using social media. Use social media with caution (accept friends on Facebook and access to passwords, etc., closing of page after the end of the semester) Assign credit to ensure that students respond to social media postings. Facebook and other media have some limitations over using Blackboard and on campus delivery.
