lIFE WAS AN AWESOME FOOTBALL PLAYER FOR THE PATRIOTS Played college football for Florida and was an all-american Aaron Hernandez began dating Shayanna Jenkins in 2007 Had a daughter with her in 2012 Bought a huge house a month after Was arrested with his shirt off so cops put one on over hand-cuffs Hung out with the ghetto crowd Went to high school at Bristol central Was picked in the 4th round of the draft Did a butload of marijuana Has a twin brother named David Was known as a rebel in school Dad died when in high school

Evidence The body of Odin Loyd was found a mile away from Aaron’s house Hernandez hired a team of house cleaners right after the body was found Hernandez had rented an apartment and had a butload of ammunition there. Five guns were found in his house but not the murder weapon He destroyed surveilance of his house before police came.

Qoute Hernandez mouthed “I love you” to his family when he was indicted right in front of the Mother of Odin Loyd the man he killed in order to deepen the wound she felt because of her lost son. Loyd was also in a relationship with his fiancee’s sister.

theory The theory I would use for the case of Aaron Hernandez is the Differential-Association Theory. The reason why I would use this theory is because Hernandez was from the hood. He constantly hung out with hood rats. So he was influenced by these hood rats by going and hitting the clubs. He was told by the NFL to cut ties with them but he refused. Using the reasoning that they were his friends and he would not leave them. Since then he was involved in a few drive-by shootings but was never convicted. Also, he was prone to fights. This all eventually lead to his arrest for the murder of Odin Loyd.
