Inventory reports All NEBMC members should be aware of A) National Hospital Inventory Report that contains hospital information and WIPs/in transits. B) Provincial Hospital Inventory Reports can also be provided by the HCLS for each jurisdictions

Core NEBMC Section 4.1 revised to include the following: Prior to the convening of the entire NEBMC, a the Core NEBMC small group may discuss the inventory situation and bring forward a number of strategies and next steps for consideration and discussion by the NEBMC, should it be determined that the NEBMC be convened. The members of the Core NEBMC is small group will include: CBS Chief Supply Chain Officer NAC Chair CBS Chief Medical & Scientific Officer NAC BSWG Chair Lead Province Ministry of Health Official

Core NEBMC / Section 4.1 NEBMC communications should be timely and this can be optimally achieved by sharing regular updates. For this purpose, meeting tools (for examples of NEBMC meeting tools see Appendix I) have been developed by CBS as NEBMC Secretariat. These tools will assist with communications to NEBMC members and inform the Full NEBMC of the discussions that occurred with the Core NEBMC. Relevant information from discussions of the NEBMC (summaries, actions/next steps and messaging) will be documented by the NEBMC Secretariat prior to and during the meeting and distributed as follows: The Secretariat will distribute the completed Core NEBMC tool to the members of the Full NEBMC for information. The Secretariat will distribute the completed Full NEBMC tool to all the members of the NEBMC as soon as possible after a meeting. Members of the Full NEBMC will further disseminate the information from a meeting onto the respective PEBMC, as appropriate.
