Home Visiting/Parent Support Every new family is offered a home visit Follow-up occurs, as requested and needed Over 140 referrals were made in the 2013-14 school year Parent Outreach Coordinator assists many families with school tours/visits Parent Outreach Coordinator often introduces families to parent liaison at new school

Preschool Lead teachers receive feedback from kindergarten teachers Annual school choice fair Language and literacy focus Curriculum alignment Preparing families for kindergarten
