Cell Theory- a widely accepted 3 part explanation of the relationship between cells and living things All living things are made of cells Cells are the basic units of structure and function in living things All cells are produced from other cells Led us to know that cells can transport and break down materials and waste, multiply, repair itself and body, etc.
