Pakistan-Bottlenecks Challenges Pakistan-Bottlenecks Key bottlenecks -Low prioritization of sanitation and water in development budgets compared to other social sectors especially in rural areas - Challenges of coordination in sector monitoring and reporting due to complex institutional arrangements - Absence of dedicated sanitation budget line in the financial reporting - Absence of mutual accountability among the stakeholders including international partners for commitments Tools used: GLAAS 2013, WASH BAT 2013, Service Delivery Assessment 2013, Country Sanitation Paper 2013, Consultation with stakeholders involved in WASH
