5th Grade Homework Given Monday-Thursday Homework could be assigned on a Friday only if the project was previously assigned and it is due on Monday (to allow more time for students to complete) Read for at least 20 minutes (suggested) Study the study guides with your child Please review students homework and provide assistance if needed.
Classroom Procedures Absence- Parents can request for work to be picked up from the office or it can be sent home with a sibling. Please provide your child with an absence note when they return. Change in Dismissal- Please send in a note stating your child’s dismissal for the day- ex. Walker Note. Birthdays- Parents can request a day to celebrate your child’s birthday in class by note or email. Parent Volunteers- Forms will be sent home when fieldtrips and events are arranged. Volunteer information will be available at that time.

Donating to Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston Please help families recover from Hurricane Harvey Hurricane Harvey brought widespread flooding and damage throughout the Archdiocese. Many families will need short-term and long-term recovery services to rebuild their lives. Catholic Schools have been affected. On September 14th- Dress Down- Out of Uniform Day in recognition of those who have lost and are in need. We are asking the students to contribute a $5.00 donation. They are also in need of rosary beads. Thank you for your generosity!
