Toolbar Navigation A B C D E F Most recent student for which you have entered data. B The only way to search for a student across your affiliate. C To start the workflow to add a new student or enroll an existing student. D View and pull up students on your caseload (enrolled and you are case manager). E View the student dashboard for the student in the top left (A). F Toggle to Site Coordinator Dashboard (School NA, Tier 1, Batch).
Toolbar Navigation G The “toolbox” indicates you are working on activities related to site coordination or case management. H The “wrench” leads you to all available reporting features.
Site Coordinator Dashboard 1 Edit your profile information. 2 Change your password once in CISDM. 3 Will show you all students enrolled and assigned to you (same as on left toolbar). 4 This is where you will complete the school needs assessment, support plan, progress monitoring, and goal achievement. 5 Enter your site coordination entries (including updates to SST and leadership). 6 Enter Tier 1 (school-wide) supports. 7 Enter that a group of case managed students received basic needs/resources. 8 Enter that a group of case managed students received the same support on the same date 9 You can enroll/exit students together by using this button. Once exited, students will no longer show up.
Current Student Dashboard 1 Quick view of the current student’s info. 2 Shows all enrollments to CIS programs. 3 Green means NA/SSP are complete. 4 Edit demographic/contact information. 5 View/Add/Edit case notes. 6 View/Add/Edit parent consent. 7 View/Add/Edit contact for parent/guardian. 8 View/Add/Edit student referral information. 9 View/Add/Edit case manager information. 10 Enter check-in for this student. 11 Enter Tier II/III support for this student. 12 Enter student EOY status and exit from current year’s enrollment.
Current Student Dashboard 1 This is where you will complete/edit the student needs assessment. 2 This is where you will complete the support plan and edit goals and planned supports. 3 Quarterly progress entries for assigned goals, as well as goal achievement at the end of the year. 4 Tracking for any goals that do not fall under attendance, behavior, or academics. 5 View past baseline and goal information. 6 Quick view of last 5 supports. 7 Quick view of last 5 check-ins.
Reporting: using your data for student success 1 View snapshot of your caseload (grade levels/case management intensity) – ability to drill down. 2 View supports provided by who was designated at the provider at entry. 3 View total supports and support hours for each student on your caseload (student-level). 4 View each and every support entered for each student on your caseload (support-level). 5 View snapshot of Tier 1 supports provided – ability to drill down. 6 Check progress toward TQS standards (site coordination, Tier 1, case management). 7 View goal achievement for every goal selected for each student on your caseload. 8 Review end-of-year (EOY) data for your caseload of students and school.
