عاداتٌ صِحيَّةٌ مفيدة

1: اقرأْ: 1- كَيفَ تُحافِظُ على صِحَّتِكَ, وتَعيشُ حَياةً سَعيدَة؟ هُناكَ عاداتٌ صِحيَّةٌ كَثيرَةُ, تُساعدُ على ذلكَ, نَذكُرُ مِنها هُناستَّ عاداتٍ هِيَ: -1How to keep your health and live a happy life? There are many healthy habits, help, remind them Hnast habits are:

2- نمَ مُبكراً واستَيِقظ مُبكَّراً, لأنَّ الجِسمَ والعَقلَ يَحتاجانِ إلى الرَّاحةِ. يَقولُ المثلُ العَرَبيُّ «العقلُ السّليمُ في الجِسمِ السّليم». اذهَب إلى سَريرِكَ مُبكرَّاً, لِتنامَ نَوماً كافِياً, ولتَستَيقظَ مُبكَّراً. يُساعدُ النَّومُ الكافي العَقلَ على التَّفكيرِ السَّليم, ويَجعَلُ الجسمَ نَشيطاً, فيُوءدَّي الإنسانُ عَمَلهُ بطَريقَةٍ جيَّدةٍ. 2 - from early and get up early, because the body and mind need to rest. 3- مارس بَعضَ التّمارينِ الرَّياضيَّةِ في الصبَّاح, مِثل: المشي والجَري والقَفزِ والسبَّاحَةِ. تَجعلُ الرَّياضَةُ الجسمَ قوياً, وتُساعدُ الدَّمَ على الجَريِ داخِلَ الجسم, وهذا شيءٌ مُهمُّ, لأنَّ الدَّمَ يحملُ الغذاءَ إلى كُلَّ أجزاءِ الجِسمِ, مثل المخَّ الذي يَحتاجُ إلى الدَّم ليفكَّرَ, ومثل اليَدِ التي تحتاجُ إلى الدَّمِ لتتَحرَّكَ ........ وهكذا. 3 - March some exercise in the morning, such as: walking, running, jumping and swimming. 5- حافِظْ على النَّظافَةِ دائِماً, نَظافَة الجسمِ والملابِسِ والطَّعام والمَنازلِ. تُسبَّبُ القَذارَةُ المَرضَ, والإنسانُ المريضُ لاَ يدرُسُ ولايَعمَلُ, لأنَّهُ يَقضِي كُلَّ وَقتِهِ على السَّرير. والأنسانُ المريضُ يشعُرُ بالألَمم, ولا يَشعُرُ بالسَّعادَةِ. نظَّف أسنانَكَ في الصبَّاحِ والمساءِ. اغَسِل يَديَكَ قبلَ الطَّعامِ وبَعدَه. 5 - Keep the cleanliness always the body, clothes and food and houses. 6- كُل طعامًا كافياً ومُفيداً 6- كُل طعامًا كافياً ومُفيداً. تَناوَل أنواعاً مُختلِفَةً مِن الطَّعامِ مِثل: الخُبز والأرزِ واللَّحمِ والسمَّك والبَيضِ واللَّبنِ, يُساعِدُ الطَّعامُ الجَيَّدُ الجسمَ لِينموَ. كُل أنواعاً مُختلفَةً مِن الفاكِهةِ مثل: البُرتُقالِ والخَوخِ والعنَب. تَناول أنواعاً مُختلفَةً من الخُضارِ مثل: الطَّماطِم, والخِيار والجَزَرِ. اغسل الفاكِهَةَ والخُضارَ جيدًّا قَبلَ الأَكلِ. لا تَترُكْ طَبَقَ الطَّعامِ مكشوفاً, فَيَصل إليه الذُّبابُ, عدُّو الإنسانِ الذي يَحمِلُ المرض. 6 - enough food and useful. 4- م: يِقطِفُ الأزهار. ت: أقطِفُ أنواعاً مُختلفةَ من الأزهار. م: يُمارس التَّمارين الرياضية. -5 ت: مارس أنواعاً مُختلفةَ من التَّمارين الرياضية. 6- م: يَستَعملُ الأقلام. ت: إستَملُ أنواعاً مُختلفةَ من الأقلام. 7- م: يَلبَسُ الملابس. ت: إلبَسُ أنواعاً مُختلفةَ من الملابس. 8- م: يُقدَّمُ الهَدايا. ت: قدَّمُ أنواعاً مُختلفةَ من الهَدايا.

4- حوَّل كما في المثالين: مثال 1: م: يحتاجُ الجسمُ والعقلُ إلى الراحة. ت: الجسمُ والعقلُ يحتاجان إلى الراحة. مثال 2: م: يحتاجُ الولدُ والبنتُ إلى الحقيبَة. ت: الولدُ والبنتُ يحتاجان إلى الحقيبَة. 1- م: يحتاجُ الفَلاحُ والفَلاحَةُ إلى الفأس. ت: الفَلاحُ والفَلاحَةُ يحتاجان إلى الفأس. 2- م: يحتاجُ الرجلُ والمرأةُ إلى المظلة. ت: الرجلُ والمرأةُ يحتاجان إلى المظلة.

3- م: يحتاجُ المريضُ والمريضةُ إلى الدَّواء. ت: المريضُ والمريضةُ يحتاجان إلى الدَّواء. 4- م: يحتاجُ الأخُ والأختُ إلى الملابِس. ت: الأخُ والأختُ يحتاجان إلى الملابِس. 5- م: يحتاجُ الأبُ والأمُّ إلى السيارة. ت: الأبُ والأمُّ يحتاجان إلى السيارة. 6- م: يحتاجُ الإنسان والحَيوانُ إلى اللَّبن. ت: الإنسان والحَيوانُ يحتاجان إلى اللَّبن.
