Primary Indicator of Success Municipal Solid Waste generated by County

What Works? Residential Composting -  the collection and composting of food scraps, yard waste, and other organic materials at the individual or household level Commercial Composting -  the collection of allowable food scraps by service providers from commercial food waste generators such as grocers, institutions, restaurants, etc. Food Rescue - the donation and redistribution of edible food to the hungry by hunger relief organizations Source Reduction - the modification of back of house practices or processes within the supply chain to reduce food waste prior to consumption, such as waste audits, ordering habits, prep practices, proper storage techniques, etc.
