Housing Registers in Western Bay   Swansea Individual waiting lists for the Local Authority and for each of the RSLs – CCS has nomination rights to RSLs Points based allocations policy based on need Neath, Port Talbot Common Register and Choice based waiting list with NPTBC and NPT Homes Individual waiting lists for other RSLs – NPTBC has nomination rights Bridgend Common Housing Register for BCBC and all RSL partners Common Social Housing Allocation Policy however, V2C - 75% of allocations with remaining 25% retained by the RSL for allocation
