Procesy (Organizácia) Úrovne kvalifikácie Foundation Úvodná úroveň ktorá ponúka prehľad životného cyklu služby (Service Lifecycle). Ciele a zameranie je na porozumenie súvislostí medzi etapami životného cyklu, použitých procesov a ich zapojení na riadení IT služieb. Intermediate Tvorí hlavnú časť kvalifikačnej schémy. Sú modulárne a umožňujú kandidátovi výber špecifickej oblasti, ktorá ho zaujíma na základe jeho odborných potrieb a budovania kariéry. Má dve základné skupiny: Service Lifecycle „manažérsky" zameraná skupina Service Capability „procesne" zameraná skupina ITIL® Expert Certificate Je ocenenie kandidáta za dosiahnutie kvalifikačnej úrovne v ITIL® V3. ITIL® Master Je to najvyššia úroveň kvalifikácie pre ITIL® V3. Je určená jednotlivcom, ktorí môžu preukázať a poskytnúť evidenciu ich schopnosti implementovať definované ITIL® disciplíny a ITSM Best Practice v reálnom pracovnom prostredí. This certificate is based on the ITIL best practice guide ICT Infrastructure Management. Successful achievement of the Certificate will enable candidates to demonstrate knowledge and application of the processes required to manage an ICT Infrastructure, and define the interfaces and dependencies with all other areas involved in the specification, design, development, support, delivery and continuous improvement of ICT services. Service Catalogue This APMG-International qualification holds 1.5 credits under the V3 scheme. The certification and associated course is aimed at those with an ITIL Foundation certificate (or above) who have an interest in learning more about how a Service Catalogue could benefit their business, and specifically looks at ways to control demand, publish and track service pricing and cost and automate service request management and fulfillment. Foundation IT Service Management according to ISO/IEC 20000 This EXIN/TÜV SÜD Akademie certification holds 1.0 credits under the V3 scheme. The Foundation Certificate in ITSM according to ISO/IEC 20000 demonstrates a student's understanding of the core principles, processes and practices of a quality approach to IT Service Management based on the international standard for IT service provision. The 'IT Service Management according to ISO/IEC 20000' program focuses on the role of people and their activities in achieving quality of IT services and processes.
