Functional English Going to a restaurant

Question ♯1 You’re VERY hungry. You say to your friends… A. I’m dying. B. I’m in agony. C. I’m starving. D. I’m mega hungry.

Question ♯2 You go to a place where you can eat in or take out. When you order, the person asks you… A. For here or to go? B. To eat in or to take out? C. For inside or outside. D. For in the restaurant or for at home?

Question ♯3 You go to a restaurant. When you arrive, the server asks if you have a reservation. If you don’t, she/he will ask… A. Where do you want to sit? B. What is your name? C. Table for how many? D. Have you been here before?
