All Bets on Orange “We are betting on you!” Leader in Me October 1st, 2014

‘The Tree’ Turn and Talk: How can you relate this to our vision here at Orange?

What is a movement? “Mobilizing people behind a shared purpose.” Working together=greater ideas Greater ideas=meaningful connections Meaningful connections=meaningful relationships (especially with our kiddos) A movement starts out with a small group of people who are passionate about what they are doing. Movements are about mobilize people behind a shared purpose. If we all work together to generate ideas that create more involved, more meaningful cultural connections, which drive business and societal decisions that create more involved and meaningful relationships which feed back into communities and companies as a virtual cycle of interactivity that can leverage a company’s position to identify and effect relevant social, environmental world change, well who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?

Lighthouse Team Creates 3 year implementation plan Support and train whole staff with the Leader in Me process Lighthouse team will change every 3 years or will rotate staff members in and out of the team Team members: Becky E, Melissa V, Amanda, Traci, Megan
