What Do I Need To Be Doing This Week?? Check Titanium Schedule for room assignment.  Make sure that the scheduled time on Titanium matches the time you have on your schedule. Schedule AV observation station for client’s parent/family to observe (if needed) Call your client and remind client of first week’s appointment Attend Specialty Clinic Group Meeting: Bring the following to the initial meeting: CHARTR Worksheet Completed File Review Checklist Any Other items as instructed by clinic Leads! Confidentiality (Fall Term only) Review Confidentiality Module (powerpoint slides on  Practicum page of infoCDS) Take quiz on Canvas General Precautions – Infection Control (Fall Term only) Review General Precautions Module (powerpoint slides on  Practicum page of infoCDS)

What about Next Week??? WEEK 2 – FIRST WEEK OF CLINIC Before session Submit updated/revised Lesson Plan or CHARTR section to your supervisor (supervisor will let you know which one to submit) – if you did CHARTR on your client, no separate lesson plan necessar  During session Ask client/family to fill out and sign required clinic forms Collect baseline data  After session Complete self-reflection and send to your supervisor – Observation reflection okay if you didn’t run the session Complete SOAP note (within 24 hours of the session) (Or read SOAP note if 2nd year is completing). Determine client/family goals, priorities, and expectations for term Discuss LTGs/STOs, measures, and data collection approaches with your supervisor Complete CHARTR Worksheet
