Stanje in trendi 50+: od 1/3 in 2007 k skoraj 1/2 populacije v 2020: najvišji delež nizko izobraženih; 40+: Najvišji delež s kvalifikacijami na srednji ravni; Mladi: Višje izobraženi kot kdajkoli prej; še vedno jih preveč zapusti izobraževanje brez ustrezne kvalifikacije; Ženske: Več v visokošl. izobraževanju, z višjo izobrazbo; redkeje zaposlene; Migranti: s kvalifikacijami na nizkih stopnjah & tudi nepriznane spretnosti
