HOW TO DEAL WITH HYPOCRITES IN THE CHURCH

He looks sincere but he is not He looks genuine but he is fake

Matthew 23:27 …for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones…

(CEV) …You're nothing but show-offs (CEV) …You're nothing but show-offs. You're like tombs that have been whitewashed. On the outside they are beautiful, but inside they are full of bones and filth.

Matthew 26:35: Peter said unto him, Though I should die with thee, yet will I not deny thee.

This was first hypocrisy in the church of God.

Acts 5:4 …why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart Acts 5:4 …why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.

Acts 5:2 And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.

Romans 7:19 Instead of doing what I know is right, I do wrong.

1 John 1:9 If we make it our habit to confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us those sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (ISV)

Matthew 13:25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

E. G. White says, “That the wheat resembled the tares while the blades were green.” One scholar says “That it so closely resembles the wheat that it is known as bastard wheat.”

Mat 13:36 Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field. Jesus replied: Mat 13:38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; Mat 13:39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

Note as well that the enemy’s strategy is to plant tares that closely resembles the wheat:

(CEV) We are not fighting against humans (CEV) We are not fighting against humans. We are fighting against forces and authorities and against rulers of darkness and powers in the spiritual world.

Matthew 13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

Leave them alone!

Matthew 27:5 And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself.

Jesus does not give up on us, unless we decide to give up on ourselves.

All hypocrites have a chance because God is patient!

(MSG) Let them grow together until harvest time (MSG) Let them grow together until harvest time. Then I'll instruct the harvesters to pull up the thistles and tie them in bundles for the fire, then gather the wheat and put it in the barn.'"

That hypocrites and deceived persons must be expected in the church. That this is the work of the enemy of man. That all hope of removing them entirely would be vain. That an “attempt” to remove them altogether would injure real Christianity, by causing excitements, discord, and hard feelings even among Christians. That Christ will himself separate them at the proper time.

Job 27:8 For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul?
