Reunion Facebook Pages

Likes Likes are important for every Facebook page. The more people you have liking your page the larger your audience is for engagement.

Likes Likes are also important for individual posts. Whether it’s a status of information or a picture LIKE LIKE LIKE

Shares Sharing is the best way to get the word out. If you see a post on the page, feel free to share it on your personal page so your Facebook friends can see it.

Interactive Personal Posts

Examples “It’s hard to believe it’s been __ years since I graduated from Elon. So excited to celebrate with all my classmates at Homecoming, October 17-19! Be sure to “like” our Facebook page to stay informed!” “Officially registered for Elon’s Homecoming 2014 to celebrate my ___ reunion. Will you be there?” “Just donated to Elon in honor of my ___th reunion. Join me and help us reach our participation goal!”

Ideas What do you want to see on your Class/Affinity Facebook page? Do you have a designated Social media committee member? Should you designate one? What pictures do you have from your days at Elon that could be incorporated into the page? Do you know a connector who could help drive traffic to your page?
