Speaker Biographies Anthony Reina is an Accelerated Value Specialist (formerly known as a Premium Support Analyst at the IBM Canada Lab - Toronto Site). He works in the DB2 Software Group for the Accelerated Value Program (AVP) Team. While Anthony worked with the DB2-Advance Support Team for more than 10 years, a year and half ago he moved to the AVP team where he works directly with with IBM premium customers world wide in resolving defect related issues, developing solutions, and conducting education courses. His current focus is on the DB2 engine particularly Recovery and Optimizer areas. Monty Wright has been an IBM subject matter expert for the DB2 brand for 12 years. His areas of specialty are DB2 high availability and disaster recovery, data security and encryption. He has published several articles on DB2 distributed topics including high availability and DB2 performance. He has also been heavily involved in customer education and adoption of encryption within DB2 data stores.
