Decommissioning Context Forget about labels, numbers, tags and definitions. Site works in 2 models: Building stuff and knocking stuff down when there are no nuclear safety issues Operating stuff with a nuclear safety hazard. Transitions work ok most of the time but not so good for high hazard legacy facilities. We have to mix the two. Decommissioning Context
