Workplace Skills: Works Cooperatively With Others Objectives: Identify roles within a team and explain how personalities affect the cooperation between roles. Investigate ways to build cooperative team environments and collaborate with other students to build a mind map of methods to build cooperation on teams.

Workplace Skills: Works Cooperatively With Others Capture the Flag Each team will have its own designated boundary and its own designated spot for jail. An opposing player can be in the safety zone without getting tagged trying to get the flag. When the activity begins, each team will need to decide where to place its flag. Once the flag is placed, it cannot be moved, but it can be guarded. Once the flag is placed, team members are assigned to guard their own flag or enter enemy territory to try and capture the other team’s flag. Those guarding their own flag may not enter the safety zone unless it is in pursuit of an opposing player. Any player in enemy territory can be tagged and put in jail. Prisoners may be released by being tagged by their teammates. A team wins the competition by capturing the other team’s flag and bringing it back to its home territory or, if the competition must end early, the team with the most prisoners from the opposing side wins.
