Recommendations With the formation of the independent Central Power Purchasing Agency- Guaranteed (CPPA-G), revisiting of existing PPAs and eventual move towards market liberalisation and electricity trading hubs. Choice of Retail Companies for consumers to improve service quality by creating competition- assistance to be taken from countries where such models are in practice (e.g. Turkey, UK, Italy). Remove Tariff Differential and Subsidy. Autonomous and Empowered Regulator. A single Ministry of Energy- to ensure coordinate efforts and policies. Autonomous and Independent boards of all Companies-with Capacity Building of human capital in the power sector
