Check the Margins Make sure they’re set at 1” top, bottom, left and right. Click Page Layout, Margins.
Set Font at Times New Roman Home tab. Font Formatting button. Text: Times New Roman 12. Set as Default. Click OK twice.

Set Up Double Space and Spacing Page Layout Tab. Paragraph Formatting button. Spacing: Double Before: 0 pt After: 0 pt Click OK.
Change to 0pt Click here to set double spacing.

Setting Pagination Insert Tab Page Number Top of Page Plain Number 3 (already Right aligned) Type your last name. Press space bar x5. Click Red X box to close. Your name and page # will be gray.
