Kitchen Organization For each area your kitchen is assigned: Remove all items and clean them (inside and out) Inspect and inventory all equipment Replace, remove or record all broken, missing or questionable equipment Wash and dry cabinet assigned (inside and out) Have your kitchen checked after documenting your participation Once you have received the ok, you may begin working on your study guide. It is fine to work with a partner.

Per B3 Range cabinet- bring equipment to tables (MATCH LIDS WHERE POSSIBLE) remove, empty and clean containers Under stove drawer- bring equipment to tables inventory , clean drawer and tray Stove and range top in your kitchen- remove drain trays and wash and replace Wash under drain trays
